 Futsal Play Dates: 

  • January 8, 15, 22 and 29

  • February 5 and 12

  • March 5 and 12 (March 19 reserved as a possible make-up date)

  • U8 $225 per team

  • U10 and older $350 per team  


Team Registration:
Team commitment form will be open on the CDYSL website from October 21, 2016, through December 20, 2016.  A Team Commitment Summary sheet should be submitted be no later than , December 20, 2016, and be accompanied by a single check from the club.  The summary sheet can be found on the Forms and Docs page of the CDYSL website.  

Player Registration:
All players must be registered with the CDYSL (as a travel player or a recreational plus  player), be on a player roster, and have a player pass. 

Time Frame:
The league will run from early January 2017 and will play a 8 game schedule over 9 subsequent play dates.  Game times will generally be from 12 pm – 5 pm.  All games will be played on Sundays.  All attempts will be made to not schedule games on school vacations and holidays.

 Referee Fees:

Teams will be responsible for the referee fees with each team paying half of the fee before the start of the game.


Futsal Balls:
Teams  are responsible for providing the appropriate Futsal ball for games.  (Ages U10 and younger - junior ball - size 3 futsal ball.  Age U11 and older - senior ball - size 4 futsal ball.)
