At Will to Victory, we guarantee that consistent participation will absolutely leave the player in the best shape of his or her life. The individual can only push him or herself so far, and the group dynamic at Will to Victory is unmatched. As part of an ambitious and supportive group, one can consistently push oneself further and further, and raise the ceiling on his or her fitness levels. The coaching staff participates in the workouts, supervising, encouraging, and leading by example from within. Players have found this formula to be wildly successful and fun.

Will to Victory provides proper resources for players to reach total body fitness. Aerobic and anaerobic exercises are used in conjunction with speed & agility work to develop players’ running fitness. Body weight exercises are also utilized, making our regiment safe for all ages. These body weight exercises work to develop core, upper body, and lower body strength, as well as improved balance. Finally, occasional yoga helps with flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention.

Will to Victory is not a typical soccer camp. However, as soccer specific workouts, Will to Victory includes significant soccer pieces. Special focus is given daily to players’ ability to properly strike a driven ball. Also, the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, receiving, and finishing are reinforced through technical work. Small sided activities support the technical work & help players master the game’s nuances.
