2008 Team Placement Forms

Clubs wishing to enter teams in the CDYSL Spring Traveling league must submit team placement request and field commitment forms to the Games Committee.

The team and field information provided is used to setup divisional placements for each age & gender grouping and then to generate the master game schedule.

Team placement will be determined by the Games Committee in accordance with the following general criteria:

Coach's request
The number of teams in a particular age and category
Coach and player experience
Win/loss record for the previous season and most recent indoor season, if applicable

Hard copies of the following forms have been sent to all Club Presidents. Completed forms are due back to CDYSL to later than 5 P.M. on Friday January 25, 2008 (Please note this date is two weeks later than in past years.)

	2008 Guidelines for U12 (8v8) Play CDYSL is offering the option to enter U12 teams in either 8v8 or 11v11 divisions. Review the guidelines for 8v8 play if your club plans to request placement as an 8v8 team.
