2008 Team Placement Forms
Clubs wishing to enter teams in the CDYSL Spring Traveling league must submit team placement request and field commitment forms to the Games Committee.
The team and field information provided is used to setup divisional placements for each age & gender grouping and then to generate the master game schedule.
Team placement will be determined by the Games Committee in accordance with the following general criteria:
- Coach's request
- The number of teams in a particular age and category
- Coach and player experience
- Win/loss record for the previous season and most recent indoor season, if applicable
Hard copies of the following forms have been sent to all Club Presidents. Completed forms are due back to CDYSL to later than 5 P.M. on Friday January 25, 2008 (Please note this date is two weeks later than in past years.)
*Note: If the version of Word on your computer can handle Word forms, open the Word versions of the documents below, fill in information then print. If your computer won't open them, use PDF formats and fill in manually.
