An Appeals Hearing is scheduled for Mon Feb 8, 2010 at the Colonie Community Center
U8-U12 Appeals will begin at 6:30 PM
U14-U17 Appeals will begin at 7:30 PM.
U19 teams will be handled separately at a date to be determined
NOTE: While attendance by coaches who submit appeals is not necessary, additional comments are welcome, and helpful. Any coach may attend the hearings to observe the process and voice their opinions regarding how potential changes may impact their team's final placement. |

All appeals must be in writing and received no later than Sunday Feb 7 at 5pm.

PRELIMINARY PLACEMENTS, presented here, reflect the Games Committee’s
best efforts to accommodate coaches’ requests based upon
the information provided on their commitment forms and the
number of teams requesting placement within a particular
division.
Additional comments, guidelines and important dates are found on the individual
division placements links below.
APPEALS Note: As appeals are received the Appeal Status column in Preliminary Placements will be updated to provide information identifying which teams have appealled their preliminary placement and where they are requesting to be reassigned. Discussion at the appeals hearing will determine whether or not changes will be approved or denied.
