Preliminary Placements For the Spring 2013 League Season

PRELIMINARY PLACEMENTS |

An Appeals Hearing is scheduled for -Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the Colonie Community Center, 1653 Central Avenue, Albany, NY 12205
U8-U12 Appeals will begin at 6:30 PM
U14-U17 Appeals will begin at 7:30 PM.
UPDATE: U18/19 teams will meet at a later date to discuss placement & scheduling for this year's season
NOTE: While attendance by coaches who submit appeals is not necessary, additional comments are welcome, and helpful. Any coach may attend the hearings to observe the process and voice their opinions regarding how potential changes may impact their team's final placement.

All appeals must be in writing and received no later than Friday February 8th at 5pm.

The last day
that a team can withdrawn from spring league play without
penalty is
Feb. 28th.

PRELIMINARY PLACEMENTS, presented here, reflect the Games Committee’s
best efforts to accommodate coaches’ requests based upon
the information provided on their commitment forms and the
number of teams requesting placement within a particular
division.
Additional comments, guidelines and important dates are found on the individual
division placements links below.
APPEALS Note: As appeals are received and as time is available, the Appeal Status column in Preliminary Placements will be updated to provide information identifying which teams have appealled their preliminary placement and where they are requesting to be reassigned. Discussion at the appeals hearing will determine whether or not changes will be approved or denied.
FINAL placements will posted on or about March 1st reflecting decisions based on results of the appeals hearings, team wait list status after February 28th and team withdrawals as they occur.
