2012 Team Placement Forms

Clubs wishing to enter teams in the CDYSL Spring Traveling league must provide the the Games Committee with a team placement request and an official team roster with a minimun number of reregister players for each team wishing to complete, along with field commitment information .

This information is used to setup divisional placements for each age & gender grouping and then to generate the master game schedule. Teams are placed in divisions that best fit their ability to compete with other teams within that division. Final determinations are based upon the information provided on team commitment forms as well as our knowledge of each team's capability (if known)

REMINDERS and New Rules for 2012:

  • ALL teams MUST be officially registered with a minimum of players (complete with an officially approved league rosters and player passes) BEFORE March 1st Failure to register will remove teams from the schedule and placement on a waiting list with no guarantee that there will a spot in the schedule to allow for outdoor play.(See Games committee timeline below for more details)
  • Minimum Rosters sizes:
    • -11 players for U14 and above
      - 8 players for U12
      - 6 Players for U10 & U8
  • RULES FOR U19’s : U19 team play will be Non-result oriented, games will be played on Mondays, League Guest Play rules have been revised to allow more than 3 guests per game.
  • U18 Divisions will be added to competitive placements if numbers allow
