2010 Team Placement Forms

Clubs wishing to enter teams in the CDYSL Spring Traveling league must submit team placement request and field commitment forms to the Games Committee.

The team and field information provided is used to setup divisional placements for each age & gender grouping and then to generate the master game schedule.

Team placement will be determined by the Games Committee in accordance with the following general criteria:

Coach's request
The number of teams in a particular age and category
Coach and player experience
Win/loss record for the previous outdoor season, if applicable

Hard copies of the following forms have been sent to all Club Presidents. Completed forms are due back to CDYSL to later than 5 P.M. on Friday January 22, 2010

	2010 Play Dates used as reference for Coaches to determine possible play dates for each team gender/division.
