Note: While U8 and U10 games are non result oriented, game reports still need to be sent in to confirm games were played.

HOME Coaches are responsible for sending score cards into CDYSL within 48 hours after games are played.
BOTH Coaches are responsible for checking the accuracy of scores and standings posted
Score Cards should be signed by both coaches and the referee. If someone refuses to sign, note it on the card and mail the card to CDYSL without it.
Report any problems or protests in the Comments space provided on the card

Make sure to send cards in as soon after the game as possible (We can’t post scores if they haven’t been mailed and/or received.)
Scores are generally posted within 1-2 days of receipt in the CDYSL Office.
Common reasons why posting of scores are delayed

Entries are NOT legible (If we can’t read it, it doesn’t get recorded)
Incorrect or Missing Game Number (Be sure to enter the number from the current schedule posted on the website - NOT game 1, 2, 3, etc. of season
No score reported on game report
