Appeals: This Appeals Committee will hear any and all appeals on decisions and render decisions. |

Arbitration: The Arbitration Committee handles all matters pertaining to the proper conduct of the League in disciplinary problems arising from the everyday conduct of the game within the jurisdiction of the CDYSL. |

Executive: The Executive Committee is elected to do any and all things in the management of the affairs of the League, with the same force and effect as though a full quorum of the Board were duly convened, present and acting, except that the Executive Committee shall not have authority as to the following matters: The submission to them members of any action requiring Members’ approval under the New York State Not-For-Profit Corporation Law or other New York State law; The filling of vacancies in the Board of Directors or any committee; The fixing of compensation of the Directors for serving on the Board or any Committee; The amendment or repeal of the Constitution, Bylaws or Rules of CDYSL or the adoption of any new provisions to these documents; the admission of new Clubs to the Leagues. |

Finance: The Finance Committee is responsible for presenting an annual budget as prescribed in Article XI of the CDYSL constitution; recommending the annual fee structure; overseeing the scholarship award funds; monitoring expenditures within prescribed guidelines; and establishing and recommending “ways and means” for fiscal soundness. |

Games: The Games Committee is responsible for the proper and efficient conduct of all games sponsored by the League and is responsible for final placement in League Divisions. |

Membership: The Membership Committee is responsible for reviewing any applications for membership and working with the club(s) on what will be needed or what is expected from them. |

Nomination: The Nominations Committee is responsible for collecting nominations for positions for elections and send out notifications of offices open for elections. |

Registration: The Registration Committee is responsible for all matters concerning club, players and team registrations. |

Risk Management: The Risk Management Committee is responsible for working on any matters involving Risk Management cases. |

Rules: The Rules Committee considers and proposes amendments to the Constitution Bylaws and Rules and Regulations. It shall have all matters of rules referred to it and meet whenever necessary. |

Zero Tolerance: The Zero Tolernace Committee is responsible for hearing any and all Zero Tolerance complaints and rendering decisions. |
