State Cup Finals Return to Stringham Park in LaGrange This Weekend
By Randy Vogt, Director of Public Relations, Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association
May 30, 2024-The Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA) is proud to host the State Cup finals this upcoming weekend of June 1 and 2 at Stringham Park in LaGrange, the home of the LaGrange Soccer Club. The fields are located a short corner kick from the Taconic Parkway. 16 State Open Cup championship games and seven Challenge Cup finals will be played in what will be a celebration of New York soccer.
The State Open Cup is for the top teams and it’s the pathway to Nationals.
The Challenge Cup is for all teams at Under-10 and Under-11 as there is not a State Open Cup in those age groups. For Under-12 and Under-13, it’s for mid- to lower-tier squads.
For more info on the State Cup finals, please contact ENYYSA at 516-766-0849.
With over 100,000 youth soccer players––both boys and girls––and more than 25,000 volunteers, the non-profit Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA) stretches from Montauk Point, Long Island to the Canadian border. Members are affiliated with 10 leagues throughout the association, which covers the entire state of New York east of Route 81. ENYYSA exists to promote and enhance the game of soccer for children and teenagers between the ages of 5 and 19 years old, and to encourage the healthy development of youth players, coaches, referees and administrators. All levels of soccer are offered––from intramural, travel team and premier players as well as Children With Special Needs. No child who wants to play soccer is turned away. ENYYSA is a proud member of the United States Soccer Federation and US Youth Soccer. For more information, please log on to
