CDYSL is pleased to announce the 2026 Fall Ball Program will be held at Clifton Commons, Clifton Park, NY(for the next 5 years)

Six (6) Game Season

The six (6) week Fall Ball Program is open to 08U through 14U Divisions, and will be played on Sunday afternoons starting at 1:00pm.  Games will be at the top of each hour or half hour ending with the last game starting at 5:00pm.  Games begin the first Sunday after Labor Day Weekend, and end the middle of October.  Teams will not play on Columbus Day Weekend.

This program is an opportunity for our younger players to play outdoors at a level above what they might find in their local recreational towns.  

• Games are played at one location
• No posted scores, standings or awards (CDYSL will collect scores to adjust team competition appropriately)
• Teams must have a Printed Match Day Card; either Travel or Rec Plus is acceptable

• Each team must provide the referee at the beginning of each game a Printed Match Day Card (no card, the game will be canceled)
• Coaches and bench personnel must be listed on a roster showing that they have the required certificates; Grassroots license, Safe Sport and Heads Up
• Game schedules will come out 7-10 days prior to the first game.  Teams may have on "BYE" or one weekend double header during the season depending on field availability or number of teams in the Division.

Team Registration

Reminder for the ENY- Youth Soccer 2026-2027 season, the age matrix shifts to a Seasonal Year (August 1 through July 31st) aligning with school grades.  

Total team commitment fee is a total of $160.00, ($150.00 CDYSL fee and $10.00 GotSport fee through August 15th.) 

Team's will register through the GotSport team commitment platform link and payment is due upon completion of the form with a credit card or debit card.  If the club doesn't have either form of payment and wish to pay with a check, then you must contact cdsyloffice@cdysl.org for instructions.  Team commitments will open August 1st.  

Referee Fees

Referee Fees will be paid by the teams according to the Referee fee structure for the season.  Each team is responsible for 1/2 the fee.

Player Registration

Players must be registered on a roster by August 15th to allow sufficient time for processing for insurance

Roster Sizes (USYS roster rules apply)

• U08 teams will play dual sided 4 v 4 format no keepers, Max. roster size 22 players per team and may only play maximum of 14 player at the game
• U10 Boys and Girls will play 7 v 7 with a maximum roster size of 22 per team and may only play on Game Day a maximum of 14 players
• U12 Boys and Girls will play 9 v 9 with a maximum roster size of 22 players per team and may only play on Game Day a maximum of 16 players
• U14 Boys and Girls will play a modified rules program 9 v 9 on a U12 size field, maximum number of players on the roster 22 and may only play on Game Day a maximum number of 16.
