The schedule for the 2025 Spring League will be released on March 15th. The league will once allow each team a free rescheduling period between March 15^th and midnight on Friday, April 4th. All teams may reschedule any game during this time period without penalty. Once the free rescheduling period ends all league fines and fees will be in effect.

VIEWING YOUR SCHEDULE:

➢ Each coach, assistant coach and manager whose name was submitted on the online team commitment form has an account on the CDYSL website. Your username is the email address supplied on the commitment form. If you do not have a password, or do not remember it from last year, please press the “Forget Password” button and follow the instructions.

➢ Once you have logged into the CDYSL, website you will be taken to your personalized dashboard. Your team’s schedule is available to view on your dashboard.

➢ If you are associated with more than one team, all of their schedules will be available on your dashboard.

RESCHEDULING GAMES:

➢ All requests to reschedule games must be submitted using the online game rescheduling form on the CDYSL website.

➢ Before you submit a rescheduling request you must contact the opposing coach to confirm that they are aware of your need to reschedule and agree on the new date, time and location for the rescheduled game.

➢ A minimum of five days must be given from the date of the rescheduling request and the proposed date of the new game. This is what is required by the referee association. (Games should be rescheduled as early as possible.)

• No team U13 or older may reschedule weekday games onto a Sunday.

➢ Please try to reschedule to a Monday, Friday or Saturday whenever possible. These days are rarely used and it is much easier to get fields and referees. Please also try to reschedule games after Memorial Day as referees are more likely to be available during the month of June.

➢ Traditional Times slot must be adhered to:

○ Weekdays: Nothing before 6:30 PM

• Sundays: 1:00 PM, 2:45 PM, 4:15 PM and 5:45 PM  
• Only U16-U19 Games can be rescheduled to the 1:00 PM and 2:45 PM time slots.

➢ Once you have agreed on a new date, time and location, if applicable, locate your game on your dashboard on the CDYSL website. Once you have located the game click on the RESCHEDULE GAME button. A pop-up form will appear. Complete the form and submit.

➢ You will be notified of the approval or denial status of your game.

➢ All approved rescheduling requests will be updated on your game schedule.
