March 13th Free Rescheduling Period Opens 

• Both Coaches must agree to the new reschedule date/time.  (we will refuse anything not cleared with both coaches)
  • YOU MUST HAVE COACH NAME AND EMAIL LISTED SO WE KNOW YOU SPOKE WITH THE OPPOSING COACH
• If opposing coach information is not available:
  • 1. Contact cdsyloffice.cdysl.org for information or
  • 2. See home page under Clubs, click clubs and find the club name and two contact people from the club can help you find the coach information 

• NO TEAMS U13 or younger can not reschedule a weekday game to a Sunday (this is because of referee availability)
• Sundays are a high volume game day with limited number of referees secondary to tournaments.  

• Teams need to stick to the time slots which are the following: 

• Weekday Time is 6:30pm game start - Nothing before that time
• Saturdays can be anytime

• Sunday Time Slots are 
  • 1:00pm High School & U16  (only U16-U19 can reschedule at this time slot secondary to the three man systems)
  • 2:45pm U14/U16 
  • 4:15pm U14/U12 
  • 5:45pm U8, U10 and U12

• No team U13 or or younger may reschedule weekday games onto a Sunday.  
• Sundays are high game volume of game days with limited number of referees secondary to tournaments
• Any younger team will be automatically denied a 1:00pm & a 2:45pm slot
• Teams should try to find a Monday, Friday or Saturday since these are the less used days

• Must Use the Game Rescheduling Form - 1 game per form  - NO game rescheduling request will be honored by phone, email or discussion at a game.  No Form - NO Game reschedule

• Must give minimum five (5) full business days before the date of the rescheduled game as per referee association

• Weather related game cancellations will use the Microsoft Form for Weather Related venue closing and the game can be reschedule for free by completing the Game Rescheduling Form in GotSport.  Both coaches must agree.

March 24th Free Rescheduling Period Ends at 11:59pm 3/27/26 - no exceptions

March 28th - 12:00am All Rescheduling Fees start - 

Important:  A minimum of five business days must be given from the date of the rescheduling request and the proposed date of the new game. This is what is required by the referee association. (Games should be rescheduled as early as possible.)
